My husband loves a fan on him at night. I did not want an ugly fan in the bedroom; so this makes us both happy! It is not quiet, but not so loud to keep you awake. So if you like it very quiet..this fan is not for you.

The Holmes HAOF1616 is a little power house! If you are looking for a sturdy all metal mini powerhouse you've found the right fan.
Much more rugged than some cheapo fan, this fan has some juice. It may take a little time to get used to the "whoosh" from the powerful 0.45 Amp motor but if you need more than a little breeze, this will do.
