I bought this DSL modem to replace the one AT&T supplied because the power button was starting to act up. It was easy to to set up with the software. It seems my connection is faster than with the sppeadstream 4100 too. When installing this DSL modem make sure you have your DSL network password handy. I had a little trouble with that part. But got it figured out. There was no tweaking of the settings to get it to work with AT&T. It was up and running in a matter of minutes. I would recommend this modem to anyone. The price is great too.

Upon ordering and receiving a modem that was advertised as new, we received a unit that was clearly used. Aside from the scratches and normal signs of wear, Amazon didn't even bother to coil the included cables with twist ties. People may not be happy with Amazon's packaging but, this is completely unacceptable.
