This two-in-one combo unit was one of the few models that Cox HSI supported, which I thought would perfectly work well and save money. But after a few weeks of testing, this unit appears to have unreliable connection issues. It randomly resets then restarts, which explained by a Cox technician "known router issue". The configurations are standard linksys config, easy to access. The range was also pretty good. But if you're looking for a reliable modem, go for the Surfboard from motorola or a 2-piece set instead of this combo unit.
