The Soleus Support is always busy and if you get someone, they are looking for an answer and never call back. My front panel to the device does not control, and I've tried to get Soleus to the panel to change with no luck. I have the remote to the A / C. Some two years before using this service, and the unit began to leak. It seems that the drain line for the device is not placed back far enough, and so the water pan just drops from the drive, right-click on the floor.
