The Panasonic FV-11VH2 WhisperWarm 110 CFM heater/fan has a totally enclosed condenser motor and a large, double suction blower wheel to quietly move air. The blower wheel is designed to draw air in from both sides allowing more area for the air to enter the wheel. Panasonic fans are quiet enough that you might not even know they're on. By RW Mayer, I bought a Panasonic PV-11VH1 heater for my new home construction. Externally, the unit was well made and the unit is operated correctly (and very quiet I must add) for about 5 months. As a side note, I also bought four other Panasonic bathroom fans, and everyone seems high and everybody is very quiet. Unfortunately, after only five months of very light use FV 11VH1 have heaters. After removing, and closer inspection I discovered the electric wire leads connecting the heating element 120V service had deteriorated and literally fell out of it. When I dropped condition, I believe, to the point of virtual dust. Therefore, the heating element, not only because of the lack of incoming service work. I then tried (using ohm meter) to find the same strength was still operational, and then tested with 120V power to control the job done .. He did. I then analyzed the heater pin electrical connection, and found the special heat-resistant insulation that surrounds the pole failed / socket had to plumb line, worsened. Since the device was only five months, and yet less than three year warranty, I got online to contact Panasonic for instructions. Even very experienced on the net, I did not find any contact information for Panasonic service centers. I called all three phone numbers on Panasonic's consumer, and all three of the numbers has allowed me to talk to an automated voice that gives information contact Panasonic Service Center. I called six Panasonic Service Center (in three states) to find that they do good for the heater / fan units, and not have what Panasonic has taken center. Each service rep was helpful, but explained that they are not product-specific information service center in, I asked each Service Center rep regarding "how can I contact someone with Panasonic to ask about the service" in ... Anyway, without hesitation, repetition says there is no way a human can be contacted by Panasonic Consumer Services. No matter how long I will stay on the phone with Panasonic automated voice system, there is never an option to 'press 0 "or something to actually talk to a representative. I've emailed Panasonic now four times, each time using the customer-contact format. I have automated responses from Panasonic, all identical, and all that indicates contact my installer. My setup is an electrician, has been involved in this fiasco, and wonders we can not share specific information to get ... much less, actually the warranty service. He will never recommend another Panasonic heater fan ... I am technically able to restore my phone, but would like the right parts on order Panasonic Unfortunately, no drawings of any kind available to me as a consumer. So, I find parts and part numbers for my unit, but can not unconditionally identify the correct part to what I buy. One thing I know ... the heating element replacement for this unit is $ 12 less than my original purchase price. Add to shipping, and my total cost (I gave the warranty service) exceeds the cost of a new unit. I have a Panasonic fan since about 1975, and have always had good luck with the full range of Panasonic products. In this particular scenario has changed my opinion 180 degrees, as I will never buy another Panasonic products, and I am happy to announce my story to others in an age where customer service is paramount. 52 of 53 people found the following review helpful. Satisfied with this, but the setup does have some pain I bought Jeff and installed them in the last two years Panasonic has, as far as I'm concerned, there is no real competition for this product. It has an output (110cfm enough, great for bathrooms), it is very quiet (0.7 sonne).
