Received quickly and are very pleased with this quality product ... leaves our Shih-Tzu's coat soft, whiter and nice smelling ... not too strong, just a clean, fresh scent.

I use the Synergy Oatmeal Shampoo and follow it with the Synergy Oatmeal Conditioner. It's a thick conditioner and leaves little scent, just a clean dog smell. Using this conditioner after shampooing my long haired Lhasa Apso aids in the ease of brushing her after her bath. I'm very happy with Synergy products and they are the only ones I will use. The oatmeal seems to be very soothing and leaves her non-itchy. I never understood why she didn't like bath time.. it was because the other shampoos I was using left her itchy... and here I thought she just had environmental allergies... here it was to the shampoos I was using... now she enjoys her bath time!! What a difference. :)

We have two shih tzu's and use this at least once a week ( they LOVE being outdoors), so this conditioner and the shampoo is our favorite and theirs too. As with any pet shampoo and conditioner you have to make sure you REALLY rinse them well and you won't have any "film" on their fur. I recommend this Groomer's Blend shampoos & conditioners to all my friends with dogs.

I read all the reviews and was pretty impressed with how everyone seemed to love this conditioner. Our dog is a very naturally itchy dog so after reading how people said this conditioner helped with itching, I was sold. That is until I used the product. I used it twice on my dog and I don't believe I will continue using it.
Our dogs coat is not one that tangles and mats easily. After using this product though, I've never found so many knots and mats in my dog's coat when brushing him in the days following usage. It just does something to his hair that makes it more prone to matting. You would expect a conditioner to have the opposite result. I'm sure this is a great product for some dogs, however it was not a good combination with my dog's particular type of coat.
