I use my iphone alot. I wore out the dock connector on 2 phones already from lots of charging, this helps preserve the dock port.
With this installed it looks like a part of the phone, have not had a dead battery yet an have used most of the day on one charge playing video games on my day off.
One small issue is that sometimes syncing with itunes using this is difficult, not sure cause of drop in the usb port voltage. it you have this problem try a different usb port and dont use with a usb splitter adapter.
or even better dont sync without a full charge.
No drop in signal strength noticed.
seems to enhance the speaker sound a bit. now i don't have to cup my hand on the bottom speakers to hear the sound of a movie or song.

This product is not compatible with iPhone 3gs. When you plug it into the device a message appeared to you saying that this charging device is not compatible with iPhone while they said in the description of the product that it works with iPhone 3gs.

I have used the MiLI PowerPack for a couple of weeks. It adds a little weight, but not too much. I appreciate the fact that I can sync or download software upgrades without having to remove the battery pack/case. I have not studied the battery life systematically, but it seems to offer plenty of back up. I listened to a radio program for about 8 hours and still had some battery power left. The battery level indicator is unreliable, however. Or at least it appears to be, so I would rely on the amount of time you recharge the unit more than how many blue lights (of 4) are prominent. I had some problem registering for the warranty on-line, so I sent an email to the company's Albuquerque, NM address, and I had a prompt reply that my warranty was good for one year. That was a relief, because frankly, I have had problems with warranty service on other products manufactured and distributed by Chinese or Taiwanese companies. My iPhone 3G is more valuable than ever with the extended time provided by this unit.
